This item is from the 1980's and is is excellent condition! It has ben taken very good care of and is just now coming out of storage so you can own it! From what I understand this ICE-MAN TOY was NEVER RELEASED IN NORTH AMERICA and was unceremoniously dumped in EUROPE & SOUTH AMERICA.
